Commitment from Senior Management
The Senior Management of ALFARIVER DEFENSE S.L. allocates all necessary resources to ensure effective management, with a focus on the analysis of process outcomes as a means to control continuous improvement and foster an organizational culture that prioritizes quality and regulatory compliance. This approach allows the company to respond effectively to market demands, legal requirements, and stakeholder expectations.

Recognizing that a positive organizational climate and excellent communication are fundamental to optimal performance, ALFARIVER DEFENSE S.L. reflects this commitment through the implementation of its policies on quality, environmental protection, and occupational health and safety.

Integrated Management System
To formalize ALFARIVER DEFENSE S.L.’s policy and define the key elements required to systematically ensure its implementation, an Integrated Management System has been established. This system is described in the Integrated Management System Manual and further detailed in associated procedures and documents, all of which are mandatory and binding throughout the company. This Integrated Policy is reviewed annually to ensure its continued relevance and effectiveness.

Commitments and Objectives
This policy involves all personnel, beginning with Senior Management, which, based on this philosophy, establishes the following key objectives to guide ALFARIVER DEFENSE S.L.:

  • Provide the organization with the necessary human and technical resources to ensure the quality of all work and delivered products. These resources are defined annually in the company’s planning process to effectively implement the quality policy, minimize customer complaints, and achieve high efficiency and profitability.
  • Foster a corporate culture that promotes quality, environmental protection, and occupational health and safety through training, motivation, and staff engagement.
  • Delegate authority to the Quality Manager, Environmental Manager, and Health & Safety Officer to manage and verify matters related to quality, the environment, and occupational health and safety, independently of any functional department and reporting directly to Senior Management.
  • Identify relevant internal and external factors that affect the management system, as well as the needs and expectations of interested parties.
  • Define annual objectives for Quality, Environmental Management, and Occupational Health and Safety, ensuring that they are understood and embraced by all personnel.
  • Commit to driving best practices in sustainability and regularly review our performance in this area.
  • Assign responsible parties for achieving objectives and define timelines for completion.
  • Ensure that all products and services delivered conform to the applicable contractual or technical specifications.
  • Quickly detect any defects, implement corrective actions to mitigate their impact, and prevent recurrence.
  • Establish preventive actions and programs to avoid failures.
  • Develop continuous improvement programs for services delivered.
  • Foster awareness among all personnel of the need to comply with legal, regulatory, and other applicable requirements, and to contribute to the ongoing improvement of the Management System’s effectiveness through periodic reviews and internal audits.
  • Maintain a strong commitment to environmental protection by complying with applicable environmental regulations, preventing pollution, and reducing environmental impact as far as possible—considered a fundamental factor for achieving sustainable development.
  • Maintain systems that allow for the continuous identification of hazards, assessment of occupational risks, and prevention of injuries and health deterioration, ensuring that safe and healthy working environments are provided and maintained.
    Maintain effective communication mechanisms with workers and promote their active participation in occupational health and safety matters, in order to eliminate and reduce workplace risks.

To this end, ALFARIVER DEFENSE S.L. relies on its organizational structure to disseminate this Policy and general action guidelines, ensuring they are understood and applied by all personnel involved in product or service-related activities, while committing to the objectives assigned to them.

It is therefore essential to apply the philosophy of “doing things right the first time” in day-to-day operations so that each individual assumes responsibility for the quality of their work, thereby raising both the quality and competitiveness levels of the company.

  • The Integrated Management System described below has been developed in accordance with the standards: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and PECAL 2110.

General Management
